(pre-assignment trip)
A customized one-day pre-assignment visit to
provide
an overview of life in Shanghai for your
employees.
This trip will include a sampling of housing options which are
typically available in Shanghai. Orientation visits are often
the determining factor in an employee's decision-making process.

Guide your
family through schooling options
in Shanghai, also assist in arranging interviews, completing
applications, and navigating the enrolment process.

will inspect the property and renegotiate the best possible terms
for you relative to current housing market trends
if you desire to renew the lease.
